This is in the Good News category: The judge in Mike's case is asking Gwinnett County to unseal the sealed evidence boxes for review. He has indicated that he will issue a court order if necessary. He has determined too, that he needs more time to prepare for this case, so he has removed the hearing from his docket on the 28th. We believe the way he is handling it will allow for the delay to be minimal and hopefully we can get right back on his docket.
Of note; the Attorney General (the State) did not oppose our motion to unseal the evidence. Keep in mind, this is the best opportunity for justice that Mike has had in thirty-years, we need everything to come out, and the judge is paying attention! Please continue to pray for Mike and the Chapel family, and support our efforts as you all have been doing!
