Chapel's Habeas hearing will be held in August, and his legal team have been amassing evidence of not only Chapel's innocence, but that he did not receive a fair trial and was subject to several Brady Violations. This is a BIG DEAL - as this decorated veteran and former police officer has spent 30 years in prison for a murder he did not, in my opinion, commit.
